The Board of Elders is a standing committee of the Church, composed of the Senior Pastor and the lay Elders.

primary duties consist of:

• Shepherd the flock.
• Pray and be obedient to God’s Word.
• Lead the development of the Church vision, mission, and plans.
• Envision, review, and recommend Church budgets. 
• Lead the assimilation and discipleship process.
• Authorize Church policy.
• Nominate candidates for Elder, Key Ministry, and committee positions.
• Resolve conflict, lead church discipline, and act as an intermediary in church matters.
• Participate together in spiritual growth and accountability.
• Screen all candidates for membership and approve those who meet the criteria for membership before they become members.
• Develop the Church Strategic Plan.
• Provide oversight and management of any designated gifts to the Church for strategic intent.
