David Bennett, Senior Pastor, Phone ext: 101
Dave brings over 30 years of pastoral experience to Grace Baptist Church. He holds Master of Divinity, Doctor of Ministry and Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies degrees from Fuller Theological Seminary. He also has a Bachelor of Science in biology from MIT. He was ordained in 1974 by Lake Avenue Congregational Church, Pasadena, California.
He has been a church planter and a senior pastor at churches in California and Oregon, and during his senior year of college served as interim pastor for collegians at Ruggles Street Baptist Church in Boston. His great grandfather was a church planter in the Boston area. He has traveled and taught extensively overseas, including Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia, and has written three books on biblical principles of leadership. Just before coming to Grace Baptist Church, he spent two and half years assisting eleven foundations with a nationwide strategy for Christian leadership development in India. His ministry passions include practical Bible teaching, leadership development, church growth and missions.
He is married to Phyllis, Director of Women's Ministries at Grace. They have two married sons, as well as two grandchildren. |

Phyllis Bennett, Director of Women's Ministries, Phone ext: 126
Phyllis has extensive experience and training in Women's Ministries. She has a Doctor of Ministry in Effective Ministry to Women from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, and a Master of Divinity with a concentration in Women's Ministries, from Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon, as well as a B.S. in Physical Education from the University of Maryland.
She has served on pastoral staff as intern at the Lake Avenue Congregational Church, Pasadena, CA and then women's associate to the youth pastor. She has led women's Bible studies and trained leaders at Mariners Church and Voyagers Bible Church in California, and served on staff as Director of Women's Ministries at their church in Oregon. She has engaged in counseling and ministries of hospitality, and has been a regular speaker at conferences and retreats. She has written three bible study workbooks for Zondervan.
Phyllis and her husband, Dave, reside in Hudson. They have two grown sons, Ray and Jonathan. |

RUTH BLANDIN, Finance Manager, Phone ext 130
As the Finance Manager, Ruth is responsible for maintaining all financial records of the church and working with ministry leaders on any budgetary or financial questions.

SUE BLANTON, Resource Coordinator for Children's Ministries, Phone ext 133
Sue has been a member of Grace Baptist church with her family since the Marlboro Middle school years. She and her husband Bob are the parents of four young-adult children.
Sue is active in the WOW Bible studies, and enjoys encouraging women of all ages with God’s word.
Family camping, reading, hiking and motorcycle trips with her husband are some of her favorite activities.

Randy Boswell, Assistant Director of Youth Ministries
Randy comes to Grace with a diversity of youth experience, having worked at a residential foster care facility, the Methodist Home for Youth and Children as the Campus Life Coordinator for three years. In addition, he served sixteen months as the Youth Pastor at a church plant in Georgia, developing and implementing the youth program from the ground up. Randy’s passion is to see students develop practical spiritual disciplines through intentional, relational discipleship that will build a strong Christian foundation for the rest of their lives.
While at Grace, Randy will be attending Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary seeking to complete his Masters of Divinity. Randy recently married Katie, who brings her own youth ministry background and skills to Grace, where she plans to serve as an integral part of the youth ministry volunteers. Together they look forward to be used by God as ministers to the students of the area. |

Dane Burk, Pastor of Youth Ministries, Phone ext: 108
Dane Burk is the husband of Loyda and father of 4 children. Maddie, Hunter, Elijah, and Mollierose. He accepted God's call to be the Director of Youth Ministries at Grace while serving as a team leader for a Teen Missions Internatonal team in the Amazonian jungles of Ecuador. Dane served six years as a missionary serving and training teens - five years in Ecuador. He also served as a youth director in Georgia prior to that. Dane is a former Marine and University of Florida graduate. |

Bob Entwistle, Pastor of Children's Ministries, Phone ext: 103
Bob has over twenty years of experience serving various churches in the areas of Christian Education. Pastor Bob come to us from Ohio having served the last four years at Fellowship Bible Church. He has a passion to not only reach children with God’s loves and biblical truths, but to also use God’s Word to equip and strengthen parents. He brings to us his enthusiasm and creativity for establishing small groups, ministry teams, leaders and a dynamic children’s ministry. Pastor Bob’s goal is to create a heart-filled, relevant, kid-friendly and Christ-centered environment where both children and parents are drawn to Jesus and want to come back week after week. He also looks forward to reaching out to children and families in the community.
Pastor Bob received his Bachelors degree from Cedarville University (Ohio), his MTh degree from Grand Rapids Baptist Seminary (Michigan), and completed all but his doctoral dissertation in Education at Temple University (Philadelphia).
Bob met his wife Caron (from South African) while serving on a short-term summer mission trip with ABWE. They have four children who love to play sports, air-soft, DDR, and Guitar Hero.

Laurie Gaudette, Administrator of Children's Ministries, Phone ext: 119
Laurie serves part-time in the All Stars Children's Ministries office. She ensures proper supply levels for use by teachers and monitors attendance records and guest registration. She assists teachers in follow-up and care of class members and distribution of curriculum.

Louise Hale, Care and Connection Administrator, Phone ext: 112
Louise provides support and connectivity to the ministries of Grace for the purpose of keeping clear the path from the door, to membership, to ministry involvement for those who visit the church. She is also the acting Wedding Coordinator, Church Clerk, Membership Coordinator and office support.

Bob Hanson, Director of Facilities and Operations, Phone ext: 102
As Facilities Coordinator, Bob supervises the custodial staff, manages contracts for insurance and maintenance of the various building systems. He also is a liaison for the computer system support and handles requests for using the building for special events, and ensures that the grounds and building are safe and inviting for all.

André Kuhn, Pastor of Brazilian Ministries, Phone ext: 106
As a Portuguese-speaking Pastor, André is responsible for Brazilian and Portuguese people who attend Grace Baptist Church. He coordinates all programs with the Portugueses-speaking Ministry, which include service in the Portuguese language, discipleship, visitation and all Pastoral care. He has a Bachelor of theology degree from Word of Life Seminary in Brazil. André Kuhn comes from Brazil in 2000 and is married to Rebecca since 1999.

Rachel Shultz, Director of Worship and Arts, Phone ext: 104
A native of Virginia, Rachel moved to New England with her husband Scott, in the fall of 2002. She came to Grace in January of 2003, and found her home away from home. She began serving the worship ministry in April of that same year. Rachel received a bachelors degree in Music and Vocal Performance from Radford University. She has several years of professional theatre experience and worked for two years as professional singer for Paramount Parks. "After working in the theatre and professional stage for several years I knew there had to be something more. That something, was serving in ministry. When I heard the call I came running with arms open wide."
Rachel serves the Worship and Arts Department, planning worship services, training the worship team in vocal techniques, leading worship, managing the video production department, leading the youth dance team and providing worship support to the women's ministries at Grace. "It's an honor and privilege to serve with the staff and volunteers at Grace, it will become your home away from home ... if you let it - Come and Worship the Lord with Us! "

Erin Siler, Church Secretary, Phone ext: 100
As Church Secretary, Erin has receptionist responsibilities along with the weekly bulletin management, power point preparation and insert production. She also handles the room reservations and calendar production along with various other administrative tasks.

Teri Snitchler, Assistant to Youth Ministries, Phone ext: 107
Teri provides administrative support to the youth which includes database management, communications, special projects, and provide overall general clerical support to the Youth Administrator.

Beth Vinton, Executive Assistant, Phone ext: 110
Beth is a life-long resident of Massachusetts and mother of five. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts as well as years of experience in marketing, administration, and business. As an inspirational leader and seasoned teacher of the Word, Beth has used her organizational skills and extensive experience in recruiting and developing volunteers to support and facilitate exponential growth in a church plant, helping to expand into multiple site locations. She brings both suburban and urban ministry experience to Grace, offering unique insight in sharing the love of God with the communities we serve.
Her responsibilities as Executive Assistant at Grace include administrative support to the Senior Pastor, the Board of Elders and other executive pastoral staff. As coordinator of administrative support staff, Beth oversees the management and function of the office operations and selected all-church events.

Don Whitesel, Pastor of Care and Connection, Phone ext: 111
A native of Indiana, Don moved to New England in 1980 along with his wife, Kathie, and two young sons, to serve in an independent church plant. He came to Grace Baptist Church the Christmas of 1994 and began serving first as Small Groups Coordinator and later as Minister of Pastoral Care. Now a father of four, his duties include assimilation, baptism classes and baptisms, church membership classes, benevolence, hospital and other visitation, premarital counseling, crisis intervention, the Stephen Ministry, and the development of counseling resources. He also performs weddings, funerals, and assists in other church functions.
