David pastored West Congregational Church in Haverhill, Massachusetts for 26 years. This church, established in 1735, witnessed powerful expansion and growth during the years of David’s leadership.
David served Vision New England for nine years, first, as Vice President of Church Leadership Services and later as President. Vision New England, founded in 1887, is a regional association with the purpose of “equipping, connecting, and mobilizing the church to love God, love others, and make disciples”. David is currently serving as Chairman of the Vision New England Board of Directors.
David was born in Providence, Rhode Island and was graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a B.A. degree. He continued his studies at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, Massachusetts, where he received his M.Div.. He was graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California with a D.Min. in Theology.
David and his wife, Louise, have three married daughters and three grandchildren. David and Louise reside in Byfield, Massachusetts. He has been closely associated
with Spanish Evangelical Church, and inner-city church in Lawrence, Massachusetts, for the past 12 years. He is currently coaching their pastoral team. David has served
in pastoral and interim ministries for the past 10 years in a variety of ministry contexts, including Grace Baptist Church in Hudson, Massachusetts; Brookridge Community Church in Haverhill, Massachusetts; Grace Community Church in Chelmsford, Massachusetts; Londonderry Presbyterian Church in Londonderry, New Hampshire; and, most recently, Bedford Community Church in Bedford, New Hampshire.
David has enjoyed his involvement in prison ministry. He also serves as a board member of Praxis, a national and international ministry of leadership development, church planting and church revitalization. David has participated in international missions, and currently serves as Chairman of the Board for True Sojourners – “Blessing Nations, Empowering People”, led by Ralph Leo. A gifted coach and mentor, David is passionate about investing in this next generation of leaders.

As the Finance Manager, Ruth is responsible for maintaining all financial records of the church and working with ministry leaders regarding their budgets.

Sue has been a member of Grace Baptist church with her family since the Marlboro Middle school years. She and her husband Bob are the parents of four young-adult children. (add: Sue works part-time and organizes and ensures sufficient teaching materials and supplies for Children’s Ministry volunteers.)
Sue is active in the WOW Bible studies, and enjoys encouraging women of all ages with God’s word. Family camping, reading, hiking and motorcycle trips with her husband are some of her favorite activities.

Dane Burk

Dane Burk is the husband of Loyda and father of 4 children; Maddie, Hunter, Elijah, and Mollierose.
He served as a missionary training teens for five years in Ecuador and was a team leader for Teen Missions International in the Amazonian jungles. Dane has experience ministering as a youth director in Georgia.
Dane is a former Marine and University of Florida graduate.

Laurie has served as administrative assistant for our Children's Ministries since 2002. She monitors attendance records and guest registration, manages data base records, and offers administrative support for all extracurricular programming.
She assists teachers in follow-up and care of class members and distribution of curriculum.

Louise works part-time providing administrative support for the Care & Connection, and Assimilation departments at Grace.
She helps to assimilate new comers, and coordinates weddings, funerals, and baptisms. She serves as Church Clerk, and provides general office support.

Lisa Helble has been attending Grace Baptist Church since July 2007. She currently coordinates Stay ‘N Play as well as midweek childcare for WOW and Parenting 101. She is also a small group leader and lecturer for WOW.
She has her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Tufts University and was director of Mountainside Christian Preschool/Child Care Center in Framingham, MA., for five years before leaving to start a family.
Lisa, her husband, Joe, and her daughter, Anna reside in Hudson. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys rollerblading, skiing, cross stitching, and reading..

Bob Hanson

As Facilities Coordinator, Bob supervises the custodial staff, and manages contracts for insurance and maintenance of the various building systems.
He coordinates building use, room set-up, and equipment requests for special events and ensures that the grounds and building are safe and inviting for everyone.

As a Portuguese-speaking Pastor, André is responsible for coordinating all programs for the Portuguese-speaking community attending Grace. He ministers in the Portuguese language on Sunday mornings and oversees discipleship, visitation and all Pastoral care.
He has a Bachelor of theology degree from Word of Life Seminary in Brazil. Additionally, Pastor André oversees Men’s Ministry, Small Groups and the Welcome Ministry.
André Kuhn came from Brazil in 2000 and is married to Rebeca since 1999. He has two children, Julie and John.

Teri provides administrative support to the youth department including database record keeping, communications, special projects, and maintaining records for retreats, mission trips and weekly youth programming.

Beth is a life-long resident of Massachusetts and mother of five. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts as well as years of experience in marketing, administration, and business.
As an inspirational leader and seasoned teacher of the Word, Beth has used her organizational skills and extensive experience in recruiting and developing volunteers to support and facilitate exponential growth in a church plant, helping to expand into multiple site locations. She brings both suburban and urban ministry experience to Grace, offering unique insight in sharing the love of God with the communities we serve.
Her responsibilities as Executive Assistant at Grace include administrative support to the Senior Pastor, the Board of Elders and other executive pastoral staff. As coordinator of administrative support staff, Beth oversees the management and function of the office operations and selected all-church events.

Chad Whitesel

Chad has served both as a volunteer youth leader and a full-time staff member at several churches throughout New England. It was during his time at a church in Hopkinton that he met his wife, Stephanie.
The heart of his ministry has always started with his love for God and then his love for people. Because of this, family is very important to Chad and he desires to empower families to grow together and grow stronger, the way God intended. In a time where so many families are divided, separated, or just going in a hundred different directions, Chad sees a deep need to encourage and equip them with biblical tools for a healthier future.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; but in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3: 5-6)

A native of Indiana, Don moved to New England in 1980 along with his wife, Kathie, and two young sons, to serve in an independent church plant. He came to Grace Baptist Church the Christmas of 1994 and began serving first as Small Groups Coordinator and later as Minister of Pastoral Care.
Now a father of four, his duties include assimilation, baptism classes and baptisms, church membership classes, benevolence, hospital and other visitation, premarital counseling, crisis intervention, the Stephen Ministry, and the development of counseling resources.
Don also performs weddings, funerals, and assists in other church functions.
