ALPHA
What is ALPHA?
Alpha is a practical introduction to the Christian faith.

A Anyone interested in finding out more about the Christian faith. Adults of all ages welcome.

L Leading and laughter. It is possible to learn about the Christian faith and to have fun at the same time.

P People meeting together. An opportunity to get to know others and to make new friends.

H Helping one another. The small groups give you a chance to discuss issues raised during the talks.

A Ask anything. ALPHA is a place where no question is seen as too simple or too hostile.

There are no dumb questions, and all points of view are respected. Objections, perceptions, and fears are exploring a personal relationship with Jesus Christ will be openly discussed.

Some of the topics include:

  1. Who is Jesus?
  2. Why did Jesus die?
  3. How can I be sure of my faith?
  4. Why should I read the Bible?
  5. Who is the Holy Spirit?
  6. What about the church?
