Child dedications
Baby dedication is an expression of parent’s commitment to rearing the child for the glory of God.
The preparation class helps parents realize that their children are a gift from God. It is designed to challenge and assist parents to be examples in service and worship for their children.
Baptisms - First step
Children in grades 1-5, who want to know more about accepting Christ as their Savior and Baptism, their declaration of their faith in Jesus Christ, are invited to attend First Step Class.
The plan of salvation and baptism are explained and children participate in a brief interview to help determine their state of salvation at the conclusion of the class.
Classes are held periodically. First Step is a prerequisite for baptism at Grace and a parent is required to attend with their child.
